1) Submit a Custom Order Request
Click Request a Custom Order and fill out the form with:

• The piece you’re looking for (or reference images)

• Preferred size or scale (if known)

• Finish style (clean, weathered, battle-worn, etc.)

• Deadline or timeframe (if any)

• Shipping location

2) Quote & Timeline
We’ll review your request and confirm pricing, production time, and any additional details needed before moving forward.

3) Custom Checkout / Invoice
Once everything is approved, you’ll receive a custom checkout link or invoice to complete your order.

4) Production Begins
Work starts after payment is received. We’ll keep communication clear and straightforward through completion.

Most customs fall within 3–10 business days, but large or highly detailed builds may take longer. Your timeline will be confirmed before you commit.

All custom orders are final sale (no returns/exchanges)

• Minor variations are normal due to hand-finished work

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

• We may limit or decline requests that don’t align with our quality standards or current capacity
