Shipping & Production Times

All EpicLootCorner pieces are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Production Time
Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Larger or more complex pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly before or shortly after purchase.

Shipping
Once completed, orders are carefully packed and shipped with tracking provided. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier and are calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Production time does not include shipping time

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes

If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused during production or shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns or refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to hand-finished work

  • Wear or damage after use

  • Improper handling or display

Care & Handling

EpicLootCorner pieces are designed for display and careful handling.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat

  • Handle with clean, dry hands

  • Props used as part of costume builds should be handled responsibly

Normal surface variation is part of the handcrafted process and adds to the uniqueness of each piece.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with EpicLootCorner, you agree to the following:

  • All items are fan-made, game-inspired props and display pieces

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

  • Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • EpicLootCorner is not responsible for misuse of products

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive or fraudulent behavior

EpicLootCorner operates as an independent studio and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publishers or IP holders.

We collect only the information necessary to:

  • Process orders

  • Communicate order updates

  • Provide customer support

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to complete payment or shipping services.
